Mechanical Supervisor Data Centre Project, Milan Location: Milan, Italy Rota: 2 weeks on site / long weekend home rotation (fly out Tuesday morning, fly home Friday morning, every 2 weeks) Rate: £400 per day Package: Flights, accommodation and expenses covered The Role We''re recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a live data centre project in Milan. This is a 6 8 week assignment on a rotational shift pattern, giving you regular time back home while working on a high-spec, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme and to specification Manage and direct mechanical subcontractors and labour, allocating tasks and monitoring output/productivity Carry out regular site walks and inspections to identify snags, quality issues, and installation defects before they become problems Liaise with the Project Manager and other trade supervisors (electrical, BMS, fire, etc.) to ensure works are coordinated and clash-free Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure correct installation Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company/client procedures Complete and maintain all relevant HandS and site paperwork including RAMS, permits to work, toolbox talks, and daily site diaries Monitor and enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices across the mechanical team Manage ..... full job details .....
