This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.   The Role As Mechanical Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 direct reports across a busy healthcare estate, ensuring all mechanical plant and systems are maintained to the highest standards. A key priority on joining will be leading an AHU clear-out programme across the site, so hands-on HVAC experience is essential.
