Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy and growing delivery team, overseeing mechanical installation works across a varied portfolio of projects. This is not a static, single-project supervision role. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working across multiple sites and travelling between projects as required. Projects are generally smaller and fast-moving, meaning you may spend a few days on one site before moving to another to provide support and technical supervision. Current projects are located across Kent, Oxford, Bournemouth, Poole, Portsmouth, Southampton, the M25 and Central London, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential. Key Responsibilities Supervise mechanical installation works across multiple projects and sites. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, correctly and to programme. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site teams and other trades. Monitor installation quality and ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant standards. Provide technical support and help resolve site-based mechanical issues. Assist with commissioning, testing and handover activities. Identify potential problems and work with the project team to develop practical solutions. Ensure site activities are properly coordinated and communicated.
