What You Will Do:- Lead the FEA simulation, technical analysis and development of innovative engineering concepts for large defence upgrade projects including NPI.- Conduct stress analysis, fatigue evaluations, and design calculations using advanced tools such as non-linear FEA.-Using Spaceclaim and ANSYS software from Step files - Write and oversee test specifications, acceptance criteria, and detailed reporting.- Manage in-house and outsourced engineering activities, ensuring the structural integrity of fabricated metallic products.- Collaborate with customers to verify project scope and deliverables, while preparing and managing project programmes.- Investigate non-conforming products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
