The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of an established Small Works Division with a loyal, repeat client base and consistent workflow.

This isn’t a desk-based coordination role. You’ll lead, grow and shape the division.

You’ll inherit an experienced team — Contracts Engineer, admin support and site-based Mechanical Engineers — delivering commercial heating, plumbing and air conditioning small works and maintenance across education, healthcare and private sector clients. The majority of projects sit within an hour of Bristol.

Project values typically range from £10k–£100k, with occasional schemes up to £250k. A strong proportion of the workload centres around boiler houses and plant rooms.
