Mechanical Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major commercial project with over 12 months of work available. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to take a key role in overseeing mechanical installation works, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on a large commercial project. Manage mechanical engineers, tradespeople and subcontractors on site. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project programmes. Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager. Coordinate with other trades and site management to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current health and safety requirements. Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure a high standard of workmanship. Assist with planning, sequencing and allocation of labour and materials. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates. Identify and resolve technical and site-based issues. Ensure relevant paperwork, permits, inspections and records are maintained. Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and installation. Previous experience supervising mechanical teams and subcontractors. ..... full job details .....
