Mechanical Site Supervisor

The Company:
A regional M&E Design & Build Contractor who operate nationally, carrying out new build and refurbishment projects of M+E services within commercial, leisure, MOJ, education and retail sectors.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers / pipe fitters (directly employed and/or sub-contract) who are installing mechanical services including plant rooms, piepwork, ductwork and A/C services.-

The Person:
We are looking for an ex pipefitter / welder who has experience of managing installations at site level.

The Salary:
-20 - -24 hour + O/T- + 25 days holiday + statutory pension (3%/5%)
Working c50 hours per week. Hours over 40 paid at overtime at x1.3.-
Van provided.-
