Mechanical Site Supervisor

Blocktech MEP are looking on behalf of their client for a Mechanical Site Supervisor ideally possessing an associated trade qualification (M&E, pipe welding/fitting, building services, HVAC, groundworks / civil works)

Your role will be to visit/supervise multiple construction sites around the UK and liaise with site personnel, Project Managers, and client representatives to deliver successful installations smoothly, on time and within a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with contract team regarding current projects and status.
• Liaise with site teams to check/monitor Health & Safety Compliance.
• Carrying out site toolbox talks, & mentor installers
• Participating in H&S meetings and site audits to ensure team working to client RAMS,
• Attend site meetings to assist contracts team.
• Communication between site teams and office.
• Assisting with Plant Hires/Off Hires, Deliveries & site clearances.
• Monitoring/Checking Installer Plant & Tool certifications, & PPE suitability.
• Conduct site surveys as directed by the Contracts Team
• Commissioning duties to completed installations.
• Alarm Wire Surveys as directed by Contracts Team.

Required Skills / Experience

• SSSTS / SMSTS /CSCS/ISOH
• CPCS Lift Supervisor
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Must be hardworking, reliable and possess a good work ethic.
• Must be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.

If successful, you will receive the following.

• 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
• -55,000 to -60,000 Salary (Depending on Experience)
• -6000 Car allowance
