Mechanical Site Supervisor Dartmouth Permanent or Freelance A growing MandE contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical building services installations on a project in Dartmouth. The company delivers mechanical and electrical packages across a range of commercial, residential, education, healthcare and industrial projects throughout the UK. Due to a strong workload and continued project wins, they are seeking an individual who can take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of mechanical works on site and help drive projects through to successful completion. This opportunity is available on either a permanent or freelance basis. For freelance professionals, the role offers long-term continuity of work and the potential for future projects upon completion. The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will be responsible for supervising mechanical installation works on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
