Mechanical Site Supervisor Building Services (HVAC, Pipework, Plantroom) Location: London and Home Counties Salary: £55,000 £65,000 + Company Van + Bonus + BenefitsA well-established Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee installation projects across London and the Home Counties.The company delivers mechanical building services installation projects directly for end-user clients, covering commercial offices, education, healthcare environments, heritage buildings and high-end residential developments.This opportunity would suit a Mechanical Supervisor, HVAC Supervisor or Mechanical Foreman with strong experience in pipework, plantroom installations and HVAC systems who enjoys leading engineers on site and delivering high-quality building services projects. The Role Mechanical Site Supervisor As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for supervising and coordinating mechanical installation teams on site. Team sizes typically range from engineers, depending on project scale.Projects are frequently delivered in live or occupied buildings, requiring strong organisation, clear communication and a professional client-facing approach.You will act as the senior mechanical representative on site, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on programme and in line with industry standards.
