Mechanical Site Managers

We''re looking for Mechanical Site Managers to join our Kier Mechanical and Electrical team based on a new project in Weybridge. Location: Site Based in Weybridge, Surrey. Hours: Full time, permanent. Flexible start and finish times can be discussed. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As part of our Kier Mechanical and Electrical (KME) team, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services across significant projects. What will you be responsible for? As a Mechanical Site Manager you''ll be working within the KME team, supporting them in delivering excellent mechanical installations across the project. Your day to day will include: Taking the lead on mechanical installations, ensuring they''re safe, compliant with specifications and delivered on timeGuiding and mentoring other supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approachCoordinating with Engineers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project deliveryManaging quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress recordsContributing to risk identification and providing creative solutions to challenges What are we looking for?
