Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor

Job Title: Site Manager / Supervisor - Prestigious Retail Projects Location: London Rate: £300 - £330 per day (DOE) Contract Type: Long-Term Contract We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a long-term contract basis, overseeing works on prestigious retail buildings across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in ductwork, piping, and controls, who is confident managing high-end commercial MandE installations to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management and supervision of mechanical and electrical works Coordination of subcontractors and in-house teams Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders Quality control and snagging of MandE systems (ductwork, pipework, controls, etc.) Requirements: Proven experience in a similar supervisory or site management role Solid knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls installations SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications What We Offer: Competitive daily rate of £300 - £330, depending on experience Opportunity to work on high-profile retail developments in London Long-term, stable contract work Professional and supportive ..... full job details .....
