Mechanical Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a commercial project in Watford, offering long-term work for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all mechanical site activities. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams. Ensure mechanical installations are completed to programme and specification. Monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance. Liaise with project managers, consultants and other trades. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects. Strong background in mechanical building services. Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical services. Valid CSCS card. SMSTS or SSSTS certification. First Aid qualification preferred. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
