Mechanical Site Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installation works on a major commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering works to programme and quality standards. Mechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all mechanical installation works on site Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Conduct site inspections and quality checks Attend and lead coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other trades Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures Review drawings, technical specifications, and RAMS Resolve site issues efficiently and maintain programme targets Support commissioning and handover activities Mechanical Site Manager Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects Strong background in HVAC, pipework, plant room, and mechanical building services installations SMSTS qualification CSCS Card First Aid certification preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong leadership and communication ..... full job details .....
