Mechanical Site ManagerSalary: 50-60k pa + Car + Bonus + Benefits PackageLocation: Mostly West Midlands and surrounding counties - Single Allocated SiteType: Permanent An established UK mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical works on a single live project.This is a senior on-site role, acting as the principal mechanical lead and day-to-day decision-maker, bridging the gap between Site Supervision and Project Management. You will be accountable for safe delivery, programme control, quality, coordination and on-site client interface.The RoleSite Management and ProgrammeFull day-to-day management of mechanical works on a single project sitePlanning and coordinating activities in line with the agreed programmeProducing short-term lookaheads and managing daily/weekly site coordinationMonitoring progress, identifying risks and escalating constraints where requiredCoordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plantHealth, Safety and ComplianceActing as the on-site lead for health and safetyEnsuring compliance with CDM, statutory requirements and site proceduresManaging RAMS, COSHH, permits, inductions and toolbox talksCarrying out inspections, audits and closing out actionsInvestigating and reporting incidents and near missesQuality and Technical DeliveryEnsuring installations meet drawings, specifications and approved submissionsManaging QA inspections, benchmarks and ..... full job details .....
