The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical activities on site, manage duties on site for a new build Church , ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate mechanical works on site. Oversee heating, ventilation, plumbing and mechanical controls installations. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams. Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications. Monitor progress, quality and health & safety on site. Liaise with the wider project team and contractors. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Ensure relevant documentation and site records are maintained.
