This is a site-based role on a large, technically demanding scheme. The client is open to either a permanent appointment or a freelance/interim arrangement. You will be responsible for managing mechanical services activity on site, coordinating subcontractors and labour, reviewing drawings and technical information, monitoring progress, and ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly, and to programme. We are looking for someone with a strong mechanical building services background and proven experience managing mechanical installation works on sizeable construction projects.
