Mechanical Site Manager Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: Up to 70,000 + All Travel Paid + Annual Bonus The Opportunity Our client is a leading mechanical building services contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering prestigious commercial fit-out projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a large mechanical fit-out project based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor working on a flagship commercial development, taking ownership of the mechanical installation from site mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. The Role As Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all mechanical works on a large commercial fit-out project, ensuring the installation is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all mechanical installation activities on site. Supervise mechanical subcontractors and direct labour. Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and project programme. Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager. Coordinate mechanical activities with other trades and the principal contractor. Plan labour, materials and site resources to maintain programme.
