Mechanical Site Manager

Client: Our client is a privately owned Mechanical building services contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £20 million. They are a specialist within the commercial, healthcare, education and high-end residential sectors, delivering the design and installation of mechanical services. They undertake both new build and fit out projects ranging from £100k to £4million in value. Spearheaded by a dynamic and entrepreneurial owner they have grown year on year since their inception 9 years ago. With a healthy pipeline of work for 2026 the business is looking to expand their team. Role: Mechanical Site Manager £2800 - £320 per day Role/Responsibilities: Management of sub-contractors and labour Client liaison and attend site meetings Progress Reporting Responsible for all health and safety at site level including the preparation and issuing of RAMS and and tool box talks where appropriate Weekly HandS Returns Project and programme implementation Understanding of design and drawings Continuous snagging to minimise defects and errors Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project The ideal candidate: Experience working within the Mechanical Building Services sector (5 years or less) A degree or collage course focused on Building Services or experience working on the tools Well presented with good organisational and communication skills Ambitious with a can do approach to work A willingness to learn and further their ..... full job details .....
