Mechanical Site Manager

Client: My client has established themselves as one of the UK s premier MandE contractors. Following their formation almost 75 years ago, they have grown their turnover to over £200m per annum. The business boasts an envious track record of delivering some of the UK s and London s landmark projects. Typically they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as; commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical and education. Despite their size, this Tier 1 MandE Contractor has fantastic staff retention rates with a reputation for looking after their staff. They offer excellent exposure and internal training schemes with a hands-on approach to developing their staff. Role: Mechanical Site Manager - Cenral London - £320-£350 per day. Role/Responsibilities: Design Review (scope gaps / clashes) Short term programming. Health and Safety (RAMS). Technical Submissions. Preparation/issuing RFIs. Sub-contractor coordination. Management of commissioning stages Quality Assurance using tablet software Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client The ideal candidate: Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services. Experience working in the commercial sector, specifically on plant rooms and risers Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline A minimum 5 years experience in a management role ..... full job details .....
