Responsibilities will include managing the replacement of existing heating circulating pumps with new invertor driven pumps and the replacement of 3 port valves with 2 port valves. All the works are on existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the mechanical upgrades to the healthcare site, managing subcontractors, and operatives to ensure that mechanical systems are upgraded in accordance with project specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
