This role will focus on the mechanical installation package, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, pipework, plant rooms, chillers and associated mechanical building services infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage on-site mechanical installation activities from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors, labour & site resources Oversee installation of HVAC, chilled water, pipework & mechanical plant systems Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme & to required quality standards Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks & progress reporting Coordinate with project management, design & commissioning teams Ensure compliance with H&S procedures, technical standards & client requirements Support testing, commissioning & project handover activities Requirements Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within Building Services Strong background...
