Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be the on-site lead coordinating trades, maintaining programme, enforcing standards, and ensuring the project runs safely and to specification within a secure prison environment. Project Value: £4m What You'll Be Doing Managing the mechanical workforce on site on a daily basis; Coordinating materials, plant, and subcontractors; Holding daily briefings and toolbox talks; Monitoring progress against programme and flagging delays early; Completing site records, RAMS reviews, and ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements; Working closely with the Prison Service's facilities team to schedule access and minimise disruption to the establishment.
