With a strong pipeline of secured work, this role offers the opportunity to work on major projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors. The RoleThe Mechanical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate day-to-day mechanical site activitiesSupervise subcontractors, direct labour, and specialist installersEnsure mechanical works are delivered in line with programme requirementsMaintain high standards of health and safety compliance across all site activitiesCoordinate with project management, design teams, and other tradesCarry out quality inspections and manage snagging processesAttend site meetings and provide progress updatesSupport commissioning activities and project handovers RequirementsPrevious experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within the MandE / Building Services sectorSExperience delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, residential, or large-scale ..... full job details .....
