Mechanical Site Manager Location: MaidenheadSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + PackageEmployment Type: PermanentWorking Hours: 4:00pm - 1:00am The Opportunity We are currently working with an established MandE contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial sector, with a strong focus on CAT A and CAT B fit-out, refurbishment and plant replacement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of projects on site and working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and the wider project team. The Role As Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation and delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion. For the first project, based in Maidenhead, the working hours will be 4:00pm to 1:00am for approximately one year. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day mechanical works on site Supervising mechanical subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards Coordinating mechanical services with electrical, construction and other trades Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation Carrying ..... full job details .....
