Mechanical Site Manager required for a successful and national client who are pioneers of the building services sector. This Mechanical Site Manager will be working on large scale and exciting projects in Cornwall. Typically, projects are across Design & Build and New Build projects working across -Healthcare, Industrial, Education and Commercial. The role of a Mechanical Site Manager will be to ensure the HVAC installation to completed safely and to timing of the program

Mechanical Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HVAC subcontractors
• Ensure safety is adhered to on site and in line with Health & Safety procedures
• Managing mechanical installation through to testing and commissioning -
• Progress reports, manage risk and work in collaboration with Electrical Site Manager

Experience Required

• Proven track record of managing projects to completion
• Valid experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects within building services
• CSCS
• SMSTS
