Mechanical Site Manager - London SW5 - -300 - -350 Per Day

Involve recruitment are seeking an experienced mechanical site manager to work for a well established contractor on their multi million pound refurbishment project in London starting on Tuesday 26th of August for a 2-3 month duration. The client is seeking a site manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee the project with works consisting of commissioning, plant rooms and managing mechanical trades teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe, efficient, and timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage resources and personnel on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
• Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilisation.
• Implement effective time management strategies to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
