Mechanical Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical contractor who is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join their team on a long-term commercial project in Birmingham. This is a minimum 50-week contract working on a 7.5M MandE office development, offering strong continuity of work and the opportunity to be part of a well-established and growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and education projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise mechanical installation works on a live construction site Work closely with the wider project management team to ensure successful delivery Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams Interpret mechanical drawings and assist with coordination Support pre-construction and design input where required Assist with site HandS compliance and documentation Oversee and mentor site teams, including apprentices Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager within MandE Strong site-based supervisory background on commercial projects Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential) Organised, reliable, and strong attention to detail Benefits: Long-term contract (minimum 50 weeks) Work on a high-value commercial office project Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing MandE contractor Ongoing pipeline of future work available To apply, please submit your CV or ..... full job details .....
