Mechanical Site Manager

Careermakers are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee aprojects across the North West. This site-based role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a proactive approach to programme and commercial management. Location: North West project sites Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on relevant experience The Package for the Mechanical Site Manager role: Company pension with a 3% employer contribution. Car allowance/ salary sacrifice provided for this role. Private health insurance through Aviva, generally available after 12 months of employment Annual bonus arrangements. Key Responsibilities Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong working relationships Attending and leading site meetings Managing day-to-day site operations Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations Working closely with HandS Management teams Managing and coordinating sub-contractors Supporting Quality Managers with QA processes and documentation Programme reporting and monitoring progress against key milestones Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical or MandE Project Manager SMSTS certification would be preferred Strong mechanical background (HVAC, pipework, plant systems, etc.) Comfortable in a site-based delivery role Commercially aware with strong programme management skills Must reside within the Northwest or Yorkshire ..... full job details .....
