Mechanical Shift Technician Static high end commercial office space (Continental Days/Nights) Salary: £50,000 + Overtime and Package Location: Euston Looking for a high-earning operational role on a commercial site? We are hiring a Mechanical Shift Engineer with a background in Plumbing or Air Conditioning to join an established facilities maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, pipework, and commercial plumbing infrastructure. Small project installs Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance and comfort levels. Manage water hygiene, Legionella testing, L8 compliance, and general plumbing diagnostics. Respond to emergency call-outs on-site and support minor installation or refurbishment works. Requirements: NVQ Level 2/3 or City and Guilds in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or Air Conditioning. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
