This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment, working as part of an established engineering team. The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of production machinery across the site. You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs on a range of industrial production machinery. You will play an important role in minimising downtime, improving equipment reliability and ensuring production continues to operate safely and efficiently. This role operates on a days and nights shift pattern and offers a competitive salary of £47,000, plus overtime opportunities.
