This is a static role, following a continental shift pattern (Day and night shift)As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, ensure all compliance is carried out, liaise with contractors and report into the Engineering Manager.Mechanical Shift Engineer Duties: PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Cooling Towers Chilled Water Systems Heat Exchangers Plumbing Generators Pressurisation Units BMS Operation Motors Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: Mechanically qualified to City and Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained desirable Building Services Maintenance experience minimum 5 years Strong client-facing skills Driven and methodical approach Salary and Package: £50,000 - £53,500 per annum Private health and dental care Continental shift pattern, (Day and night shift) 20 days annual leave Company pension scheme Additional training ..... full job details .....
