Continental Shift - Days & Nights Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Air Handling Units (AHUs) Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals) Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.) General plumbing Generators BMS operation Motors Requirements Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent Apprentice trained (desirable) Proven experience within building services maintenance Strong client-facing skills and professional manner Package on offer for the Mechanical Shift Engineer £50,000 + £5500 shift allowance Continental shift pattern (days and nights) 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Overtime available On...
