Mechanical Shift Engineer

We are working with a Global facilities provider who is seeking a M&E Shift Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.

Continental Shift - Days & Nights

Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals)
• Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• Cooling towers
• Tap temperature monitoring
• Chilled water systems
• General plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• BMS operation
• CRAC units
• Motors

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
• Apprentice trained (desirable)
• Proven experience within building services maintenance
• Strong client-facing skills and professional manner

Package on offer for the Shift Engineer

• £50,000 + £5500 shift allowance
• Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
