CBW are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is temp to perm position with an immediate start. He or she will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance to the following; Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast''s, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Hours of work 4 on 4 off, nights only 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00pm - 07:00am Package Salary of -48,000 + -4,000 shift allowance Hourly rate up to -27p/h On call p...
