This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established client within the FM space. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical or plumbing bias, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, installs and pipe fitting. Deliver high-quality maintenance across the site. Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing, will also consider time served.
