Job Summary As a Quantity Surveyor specialising in Mechanical measured term contracts, you will take a leading role in the commercial delivery of maintenance contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management, procurement, valuations, and contractual compliance across multiple projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that works are delivered within budget and in line with contractual and technical requirements. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the commercial success and operational efficiency of our mechanical term service contracts. Key Responsibilities Cost Management Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and budgets for Mechanical projects, including pricing of schedule of rates under MTCs. Take ownership of cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycles. Procurement and Subcontractor Management Lead the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services, ensuring best value and compliance with specification.
