Mechanical Pump Fitter Salary: 34,500 - 40,600 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter or Rotating Equipment Engineer looking to join a well-established engineering company with excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and long-term career prospects? We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to join our busy workshop team, carrying out the overhaul, repair, assembly, testing, and servicing of a wide range of industrial pumps and rotating equipment. If you have experience with pumps, motors, gearboxes, fans, or similar mechanical equipment, we''d love to hear from you. The Role Working primarily from our workshop, with occasional customer site visits, you will be responsible for: Overhauling, stripping, repairing, assembling, servicing, and testing a wide variety of industrial pumps and rotating equipment. Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out high-quality repairs to industry standards. Completing all service reports and engineering documentation accurately. Working closely with the fitting and quotations team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Maintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to all health and safety procedures. Providing occasional on-site support and customer assistance when required.
