Mechanical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical works across commercial building services projects
• Coordinate project activities from planning through to completion, ensuring works meet programme, budget and quality requirements
• Liaise with key project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, clients and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractor performance, procurement and material requirements
• Monitor project progress, costs and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of mechanical services
• Ensure all works are completed in line with relevant health & safety and project requirements

Experience

• Previous experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within M&E / building services
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC, pipework and associated plant
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
• Good understanding of project costs, programmes and delivery requirements
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
