Mechanical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of mechanical works across commercial building services projects Coordinate project activities from planning through to completion, ensuring works meet programme, budget and quality requirements Liaise with key project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, clients and subcontractors Manage subcontractor performance, procurement and material requirements Monitor project progress, costs and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of mechanical services Ensure all works are completed in line with relevant health and safety and project requirements Experience Previous experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role within MandE / building services Strong understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC, pipework and associated plant Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish Good understanding of project costs, programmes and delivery requirements Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills ..... full job details .....
