Senior Mechanical Project Manager Location: Watford (Office-Based with 1-3 Days Per Week on Site) Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Benefits Our client is a growing construction and engineering contractor delivering complex projects across sectors including commercial, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceutical. They are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their Watford office and lead the successful delivery of mechanical building services packages across multiple projects. The Role Reporting to the Projects Director, you will take ownership of mechanical services from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of mechanical building services packages including HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, pipework and public health systems. Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle. Lead mechanical subcontractors and specialist suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and programme compliance. Monitor project programmes, costs, variations and commercial performance.
