Mechanical Project Manager - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Mechanical Project Manager to join one of the largest mechanical and electrical contractors in the UK, heading up the mechanical section on a life and science shell and core project. As a Mechanical Project Manager, your duties will include :- Overseeing and leading both direct employees and a number of sub-contractors on site Collaborating with electrical department to ensure seamless project integration Championing health and safety across the whole project Monitoring project process and performance Face to face client liaison and meetings Contribute to project plans, work schedules and resource allocation The project value is 11 million total with the mechanical package contributing to 6 million, project start date is August but start date will be ASAP to integrate you in to the business. This is a full time on site position, there is a satellite office 15 minutes from the site. The starting basic salary for the Mechanical Project Manager ranges between 65-75k depending on experience, other benefits include a car allowance of 5k per annum, pension contribution up to 5.5%, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays as well as private healthcare.
