Mechanical Project Manager - Central LondonSalary: 85,000- 95,000 + car allowance, travel, pension and private healthcareWe are working with an established MandE contractor with an annual turnover of approximately 30m. The business specialises in delivering high-end commercial fit-out and super-prime residential projects, with MandE packages valued at up to 7m.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee projects across Central London.The RoleAs Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to final handover. You will manage the programme, commercial performance, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handoverReviewing designs, specifications, drawings and technical submissionsDeveloping and managing project programmesProcuring and managing specialist subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring project costs, variations and commercial performanceChairing progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractorsManaging site teams and ensuring works are delivered to programmeMaintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and complianceOverseeing commissioning, snagging and final project handoverCandidate RequirementsA minimum of ..... full job details .....
