You will take responsibility for the mechanical delivery of a -10m commercial fit-out across 10 floors in Central London. The project is currently in pre-construction, with an anticipated 18-month programme on site, offering the opportunity to lead the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The Role Manage the mechanical package from pre-construction through to practical completion. Coordinate design development, technical submissions and procurement.
