Mechanical Project Manager - PharmaceuticalSurrey 375- 425 per day (Outside IR35)9-Month ContractPharmaceutical ProjectThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of an established MandE contractor looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a pharmaceutical project in Surrey.This is a 9-month contract paying 400 per day Outside IR35 and represents an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering technically demanding building services projects.You will take responsibility for the mechanical package, managing the works from project delivery through installation, commissioning and final handover.The RoleAs Mechanical Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the mechanical services, working closely with the client, consultants, specialist subcontractors and wider MEP team.The role will have a strong focus on technical coordination, quality, programme and commissioning due to the nature of the pharmaceutical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the delivery of the mechanical packageManage Mechanical Site Managers, Supervisors and specialist subcontractorsOversee HVAC, pipework, plant and associated mechanical servicesManage project programmes, short-term planning and key milestonesReview drawings, specifications and technical informationManage technical submittals, RFIs and design coordinationCoordinate mechanical services with electrical and other specialist packagesManage procurement ..... full job details .....
