Working directly with end users (not frameworks), they deliver mechanical upgrade and decarbonisation projects including: Boiler plant room refurbishments Commercial pipework installations Decarbonisation heat pump installations Projects are typically lower value but high volume, with individual schemes up to circa £1m. Sites are primarily across the North West (up to Leyland) with occasional projects in Wakefield.Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their Liverpool-based team. The RoleThe Mechanical Project Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously across live education and healthcare environments.This is a client-facing role, working directly with schools, universities, and hospitals.Key Responsibilities Full lifecycle project management of mechanical installations Managing boiler room upgrades and heat pump decarbonisation schemes Coordination of subcontractors and site teams Programme management and ensuring timely delivery Cost control and financial management of projects Procurement of materials and subcontract packages Client ..... full job details .....
