Mechanical Project Manager Data Centers Salary: £85,000 + Benefits Location: Central London Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical projects within the data center sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially aware professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage projects of varying values, taking ownership of the full project lifecycle from technical submittals and design coordination through to procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover. The role will be predominantly site-based, requiring attendance on site five days per week, with occasional travel to the head office. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of mechanical projects, ensuring programme milestones, budgets and quality expectations are achieved. Lead project team meetings, providing direction, motivation and support to improve performance and maintain progress. Report on project performance, progress, commercial matters and key risks to clients, directors and relevant stakeholders.
