Mechanical Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical services across a range of commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to completion Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and progress reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial and/or residential sectors Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems Excellent project management and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and leadership abilities Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred) Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunities for career ..... full job details .....
