You will take overall responsibility for the mechanical package, working closely with the client, consultants, main contractor and wider project team to ensure the works are delivered safely, on time and to specification. Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities Manage the mechanical package from procurement through to completion and handover. Lead and coordinate mechanical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Manage programme, progress and project delivery against agreed milestones. Review drawings, specifications and technical information, identifying issues and coordinating solutions. Work closely with the commercial team to manage costs, variations and financial performance. Attend client, consultant and subcontractor meetings. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, quality and contractual requirements.
