A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Mechanical Project Manager from an MandE / Building Services mechanical installation project management background to join their exciting planned growth and continued success. The appointed Project Manager will report into their Birmingham based offices on projects ranging from £1.5M-£30M We seek true professionals to mainly work on managing the mechanical installations into new build industrial sheds for warehousing and distribution, food production, automotive and a variety of manufactured goods. In addition to this, other work will include office blocks, data centres and showrooms. Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an MandE / Building Services background, ideally with direct working experience in the project management and delivery of mechanical installations and all mechanical related services you would expect to find in these environments. You will be competent with a proven track record in managing and delivering schemes of this level. Candidates applying will ideally have experience in dealing with main contractors.
